Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking an Outreach Specialist to provide outreach services to areas of Phoenix where the homeless congregate and work with clients to develop case plans and establish an action plan for a smooth transition through the continuum of care.

Requirements

  • Associate of Arts Degree in Human Service or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, but also coordinate services with other team members
  • Comprehensive knowledge of community resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Pass a criminal background check and have a good driving record
  • Must possess a current Arizona Driver's License
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
