Job Description
We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to join our team in Camp Lejeune, NC. As a bridge between Marines navigating complex recovery circumstances and the right sources to help them thrive, the Outreach Specialist will ensure all support needs are being met through social media and other channels. The role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, knowledge of Marine Corps culture, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.

Requirements

  • Monitor social media sites (e.g. Facebook and Instagram)
  • Respond to requests for assistance within sixty (60) minutes
  • Identify emerging issues or trends and coordinate referrals
  • Maintain familiarity with benefits, entitlements, and support services
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities required
