Performs outreach in the community, follows up with clients, posts informational materials, and maintains knowledge of available programs and services.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in community outreach, customer relations, and/or community-based programs
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
