Job Description
Pilot Company is seeking an Outside Account Development Manager II to lead sales operational support initiatives and manage Sales Teams within SC Fuels. The role focuses on building customer relationships, driving the sales cycle, and achieving monthly sales quotas. This position requires experience selling at senior management levels and a strong understanding of the B2B sales process.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years demonstrated success in consultative/solution based selling in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of routinely closing deals.
  • College degree or equivalent experience with sales.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry sales, and/or customer service experience.
  • Ability to travel within assigned region.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Email Campaigns, and Graphic Design.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and present solutions
  • Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions
