Job Description
The Commercial Sales Representative serves as the driving force behind new business acquisition and revenue growth within their territory, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting a tailored solution.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Lawn application licensing tests in the state
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Consultative sales skills, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
  • Mathematical skill to calculate figures and amounts
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel locally on an extensive basis
  • Time management skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Valid state driver’s license from state of residence within 30 days of hire, and a clean driving record per company standards
  • Must be 21 years of age by date of hire
