Job Description
The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth within their territory through effective communication and relationship building. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and closing deals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of business-to-business outside sales experience, preferably in lawn/horticulture/pest field
  • Lawn application licensing tests in the state
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Consultative sales skills, and strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales)
  • Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
  • Valid state driver’s license from state of residence within 30 days of hire, and a clean driving record per company standards
