Job Description
The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new business and driving revenue growth within their territory. They will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions to close deals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of outside sales experience, preferably in lawn/horticulture/pest field
  • Must pass lawn application licensing tests in the state in which the position is selling
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Negotiation and influencing skills, Consultative sales skills, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
  • Valid state driver’s license from state of residence within 30 days of hire, and a clean driving record per company standards
  • Must be 21 years of age by date of hire
