Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers, negotiate contracts, track orders, and review quality of purchased products. Prepare reports on purchases and monitor stock levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Logistics, or relevant fields
  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy and systems
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficient in the relevant management software program
  • Good both written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Great organizational and planning skills
  • Able to identify market trends and make decision in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate and precise attention to details (follow teams specifications and requirements)
  • Excellent networking and time management skills
