Role OverviewThe Outside Recovery Associate facilitates efficient management of various projects in the outdoor merchandising area, assisting customers in loading their vehicles post-purchase. The role involves activities such as pricing and zoning outdoor merchandise, unloading deliver trucks, gathering shopping carts, attending to customer inquiries, and maintaining a pristine exterior presentation of the store.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional customer service, collect customer signatures, perform 'load outs' for customers, adhere to the Outdoor Merchandising Guide, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain the parking lot, corral, and designated areas.
