Role OverviewAn In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
What You Will Do
Follow a monthly rotating schedule, attend weekly team meetings and training workshops, guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process, and attend sales appointments.

Requirements
- ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
- competitive nature with a drive to succeed
- valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- previous sales experience

- bilingual Spanish / English proficiency
