Job Description
We're seeking a Sales Manager to aggressively grow our territory covering the North Shore of Massachusetts and a portion of New Hampshire. Ideal candidates are already based on the North Shore. The role involves relationship-driven sales in stores, bars, and restaurants, working closely with distribution partners, and planning and executing tastings, tap takeovers, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Deep passion for craft beer and ability to articulate it enthusiastically
  • Proven sales orientation and competitive drive
  • Highly self-motivated with strong initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume fieldwork (40+ hours/week)
  • Flexibility for some evenings and weekends
  • Reliable personal vehicle available daily
  • Dependable, reliable, and honest character
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
