Three Z is a family-owned commercial web printer looking for an Outside Sales Rep to develop new business, maintain relationships with existing customers, and represent the company at local events. Responsibilities include prospecting, networking, referrals, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of outside sales experience in commercial printing, packaging, or marketing services
  • Strong understanding of print production processes
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
