Job Description
The Outside Sales Representative – Commercial focuses on generating sales, developing customer relationships, and expanding our customer base. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing legendary customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements
Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
Sales Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other sales techniques to generate new business opportunities
Lead Qualification: Qualify and prioritize leads based on their needs, budget, and potential to convert into long-term clients
Product/Service Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, offering support and ensuring they are satisfied with the products/services
Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to overall company growth and success
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position products and services to meet client needs
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales efforts and ensure seamless customer experiences
Reporting & Documentation: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
