We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements. This role requires a competitive nature, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a rotating schedule. Requirements

Follow a monthly rotating schedule
Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Previous sales experience
Valid smart phone or smart device
