What You Will Do
Generate new business opportunities, develop and grow relationships with builders and contractors, promote and sell lumber and building materials, deliver professional product presentations, create accurate quotations and bids, and negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably within the lumber, building materials, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to read and understand residential and commercial construction plans and specifications preferred.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business technology tools is preferred.
