Job Description
Fluid Process & Pumps is a trusted distributor of engineered pump and process equipment solutions serving industrial and municipal customers across the Midwest. We specialize in fluid handling systems, offering expert support in equipment selection, system design, and aftermarket service.

Requirements

  • Technical Sales experience of 5 years preferred
  • Proven Sales/Marketing/Applications experience preferred
  • Understanding sales performance metrics
  • Knowledge of centrifugal pumps preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical controls/VFD’s and their application preferred
  • Ability to respond with a strong sense of urgency and care, to customer requests, inquiries, and problems
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Project management
  • Strong skills using desktop applications (spreadsheets, word processing, etc.)
  • Accountable, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong technical, mechanical, and electrical aptitude
  • Business and growth oriented
  • Some experience in technical product sales or business
