Role OverviewRepresent the company with complex customers, understand customer needs, and identify products and services to meet these requirements. Participate in leadership roles, train and develop less experienced sales staff, and act as Sales Manager during absence.
What You Will Do
Collect customer data, develop sales contracts, troubleshoot field issues, plan and conduct sales presentations, research new customers, and provide training to less experienced Outside Sales Reps.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Two (2) years prior sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes, and product standards
- In-depth understanding of policies and procedures relating to sales and customer service
- Valid driver’s license
