Role OverviewThe Outside Services Attendant provides outstanding customer service to members and guests at the club, supporting the golf operations team by assisting with essential outside services. This role involves staging and storing golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use, as well as providing various golf-related services to enhance the member/guest experience.
What You Will Do
The attendant will assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering golf course etiquette suggestions, and providing post-round support. They will also promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience.

Requirements
