Role OverviewThe Outsource Manager oversees all outsourced drafting and engineering services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Wells standards. This role leads a team of Outsource Coordinators while managing vendor relationships and project workflows from start to finish.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage a team of Outsource Coordinators, serve as the primary liaison between outsource partners, sales, operations, and project management, and establish and maintain strong partnerships with outsourcing vendors.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Drafting, or related field
- 5+ years of drafting experience
- 3+ years of precast or related construction experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and develop team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and drafting/engineering software
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and vendor relationships
- Experience with contract management, RFP processes, and vendor performance evaluation
