Role OverviewThe Overnight Assistant Operations Manager will function as acting Manager on Duty during the nighttime, supporting hotel operations including Front Office, Valet, Engineering and Security. This position will work closely with multiple divisions of the hotel and maintain high-level communication with the team.
What You Will Do
Assist in covering rest and meal breaks for overnight staff, respond to guest and colleague requests, perform audit procedures, and lead by example. Quickly correct safety concerns and address guest concerns while ensuring proper follow-up.

Requirements
- 2 years of Front Office Experience
- 2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (preferred)

- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Open availability including weekends
