Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Director of Families for Camp Blue Sky, responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for families and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves administrative work, leading programs, and supporting staff and campers.
Requirements
High comfort level of talking to families
Prior customer service experience
Demonstrated expertise in at least one of our core sports (paddling, hiking, climbing, mountain biking)
CPR and First Aid Certification
Wilderness First Aid (or WFR/EMT) certification preferred
Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and clean driving record
Benefits

Pay determined based on position, additional responsibilities, relevant certifications, and staff tenure
Relevant Certification Bonuses: $100 - $400 per certification
