Role OverviewWe're a small, boutique home with 8 residents, seeking an experienced Overnight Clinical Lead to take ownership of the home during the overnight shift. This is a senior, trusted role for someone who thrives working independently.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary overnight staff member responsible for resident safety and the home's operation, administer medications, assist residents with daily living, and deliver person-centered care.

Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing (Virginia)
- Registered Medication Aide or a Medical Assistant willing to complete the Virginia 68-hour Medication Aide training program (RMA)
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home health (preferred)
- Sharp observation skills and sound problem-solving instincts
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach with residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
