Role Overview

The overnight maintenance technician will work closely with Community Managers and residents to ensure a constant upkeep of our retirement community while enthusiastically spotting areas for improvement.

What You Will Do

Respond to maintenance requests from Residents, monitor and respond to emergencies, and field any complaints, issues, maintenance needs during the overnight shift.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years facility maintenance experience in a hotel, apartment, or senior living facility
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience performing routine maintenance and building repairs with a working knowledge of custodial procedures
  • Basic computer skills including Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • HVAC experience (while not mandatory, this is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, managers, and vendors
  • Ability to sit for an extended period, reach, bend, lift and carry up to 50lbs
