Role OverviewThis role requires prior sanitation experience in a food manufacturing, food production, or bakery setting. The Overnight Food Manufacturing Sanitation Associate will clean, scrub, and sanitize floors, walls, drains, and work surfaces throughout the production facility, sanitize production equipment, and perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks to maintain SQF and GMP compliance.

Requirements
- Prior sanitation experience in a food manufacturing, food production, or bakery environment (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of — or ability to quickly learn — SSOPs, GMPs, and food safety sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow written and verbal safety and sanitation instructions
- Comfort with physically demanding work: standing, bending, lifting, repetitive motion
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for a full-time overnight schedule, including weekends
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
