Role OverviewThe Overnight Front Office Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours while ensuring the accuracy of hotel financial records through nightly audit processes. This dual-role position combines guest-facing responsibilities with accounting and administrative tasks essential to the hotel’s daily operations.
What You Will Do
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, manage overnight room assignments, and balance and reconcile all daily hotel transactions.

Requirements
- Previous hotel front office or night audit experience preferred
- Prior Hyatt experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills, with experience in Opera PMS and hotSOS
- Basic knowledge of accounting and reconciliation principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM-6:30 AM or 11 AM to 7:30 PM), weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push or carry up to a moderate weight
- Must have a valid license to operate a motor vehicle
