Role Overview

Join our Guest Experience team as an Overnight Front Office Supervisor at Hyatt Regency Portland. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. As part of this role, they interact, collaborate, and assist not only at the Front Office but also in Security, Housekeeping, and Engineering as needed.

What You Will Do

Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor, check guests in and out efficiently, answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:30 AM, including on weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and welcoming attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
  • Ability to push/pull/carry 35lbs., and stand for long periods of time
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations
