Overnight Front Office Supervisor

We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our Guest Experience team as an Overnight Front Office Supervisor. The role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. As part of this role, they interact, collaborate and assist not only at the Front Office but also in Security, Housekeeping and Engineering as needed.

What You Will Do

Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, issuing room keys according to established procedures, and assisting with luggage as needed. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:30 AM, including on weekends and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and welcoming attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software
• Ability to push/pull/carry 35lbs., and stand for long periods of time
• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations
