Role OverviewThe Overnight Guest Experience Coordinator is a key member of the Guest Experience team, providing attentive service, operational support, and property oversight during the evening and overnight hours. This part-time role serves as a primary point of contact for guests after hours, ensuring their needs are met with warmth, discretion, and professionalism.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary overnight contact for guest needs, requests, and inquiries; provide a warm and polished welcome for late arrivals; support after-dinner guest service; respond to guest concerns; conduct regular property walks; communicate and document overnight activity; and provide shuttle service and support for special events.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, food and beverage, recreation, or luxury service preferred
