Overnight Hotel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Overnight Hotel Operations Supervisor to oversee the overnight operations of a 732-room, full-service hotel. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exercises sound judgment, and is comfortable making independent decisions. This role works closely with the overnight engineer and requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and building systems.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of this role include overseeing the overnight operations, making independent operational decisions, responding to escalated guest concerns, and coordinating the execution of the hotel's response to emergencies and building system issues.

Requirements

• Three or more years of leadership experience in hotel operations, engineering, facilities, security, or a related operational environment
• Previous Manager on Duty or hotel leadership experience preferred
• Working knowledge of hotel building systems and life safety procedures
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with Opera PMS, HotSOS, or similar hotel systems preferred
