Role OverviewThis leadership role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and guest-focused operation of the hotel overnight. As the primary decision-maker during the shift, you will lead the response to guest concerns, operational incidents, and building-related issues while partnering closely with Front Office, Engineering, and Security.
What You Will Do
Oversee the overnight operations for the hotel, maintain Hyatt service standards, respond to escalated guest concerns, handle guest disturbances, and assist with VIP arrivals and other operational needs.

Requirements
- Three or more years of leadership experience in hotel operations, engineering, facilities, security, or a related operational environment
- Previous Manager on Duty or hotel leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of hotel building systems and life safety procedures
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with Opera PMS, HotSOS, or similar hotel systems preferred
