Role OverviewThe Overnight Hotel Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the overnight operations of a 732-room, full-service hotel. This leadership role requires experience in hotel operations, engineering, facilities, security, or a related operational environment. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, exercises sound judgment, and is comfortable making independent decisions.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include responding to escalated guest concerns, making independent operational decisions, and coordinating communication between Front Office, Engineering, Security, and other departments. The supervisor will also lead the execution of the hotel's response to emergencies, building system issues, and operational disruptions.

Requirements
- Three or more years of leadership experience in hotel operations, engineering, facilities, security, or a related operational environment
- Previous Manager on Duty or hotel leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of hotel building systems and life safety procedures
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with Opera PMS, HotSOS, or similar hotel systems preferred
