Job Description
At Hyatt, we believe in the power of belonging. As an Overnight Hotel Supervisor, you will serve as the Manager on Duty overnight, providing leadership and guest support. You will supervise and support the overnight team, handle guest concerns, and ensure overnight operational continuity and safety.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous experience working at a hotel/resort required
  • Proficiency in OPERA system is a plus
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
