Job Description
As an Overnight Hotel Supervisor, you will serve as the Manager on Duty overnight, providing leadership and guest support. Job duties include acting as Manager on Duty, supervising and supporting the overnight team, handling guest concerns, and ensuring overnight operational continuity and safety.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous experience working at a hotel/resort required
  • Proficiency in OPERA system is a plus
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
