Job Description

As an Overnight Hotel Supervisor, you will serve as the Manager on Duty overnight, providing leadership and guest support, including handling guest concerns, escalations, and special requests, and overseeing night audit functions and reports.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Previous experience working at a hotel/resort required
  • Proficiency in OPERA system is a plus
  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
