Job Description
The Inbound Expert is responsible for creating an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments such as greeting guests, resolving issues, and executing a detailed sorting operation. They will also stock, organize and store reserve product, maintain product availability on the sales floor, and operate powered equipment as necessary. This role is physically demanding and requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
