Role OverviewVertex is looking for a detail-oriented overnight kitchen cleaner to deep clean and sanitize commercial kitchens.
What You Will Do
Clean and sanitize all food prep surfaces, cooking equipment, and appliances, degrease and clean grills, fryers, ovens, hoods, and range tops, sweep, mop, and scrub kitchen floors, floor drains, and walk-in coolers/freezers, wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.

Requirements
- Ability to work overnight shifts, including [weekends/holidays]
