Role OverviewEvolve Adolescent Behavioral Health is seeking Overnight Residential Counselors to support adolescents ages 12–17 with mental health, substance use, and behavioral challenges. This role involves overnight supervision and care for up to six adolescents, with a focus on safety and supervision.
What You Will Do
Remain awake and engaged throughout the overnight shift, conduct wellness checks, complete regular walkthroughs, and assist with inventory checks and administrative tasks.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to stay awake all night
- Previous overnight shift experience preferred
- At least 21 years old
- 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse
- 6-9 months of experience in an adolescent group home or similar setting
- Pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes
- Valid California driver’s license
