Role OverviewThe Overnight Residential Counselor is responsible for the safety and supervision of clients at one of our 6-bed residential treatment centers. This role requires staying awake all night to ensure client safety and performing small chores to keep the treatment center clean.
What You Will Do
Be awake and alert for the entire duration of the night shift, ensure clients are in bed, check on clients every 15 minutes, and perform maintenance checks. Assist with inventory checks, document shift activity, and help maintain facility cleanliness.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to stay awake all night
- Previous overnight shift experience preferred
- At least 21 years old
- 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse
- Experience in an adolescent group home or similar setting
- Pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes
- Valid California driver's license
