Role OverviewThe Overnight Residential Counselor is responsible for the safety and supervision of clients at a 6-bed residential treatment center. The ideal candidate is dedicated, patient, and a reliable team player.
What You Will Do
Be awake and alert for the entire duration of the night shift, ensure clients are in bed, check on clients every 15 minutes, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to stay awake all night
- Previous overnight shift experience preferred
- At least 21 years old
- 6-9 months of experience working with teens with mental health or substance abuse
- 6-9 months of experience in an adolescent group home or similar setting
- Pass a LiveScan background check and clear federal and state criminal background checks, and child abuse indexes
- Valid California driver's license
