Job Description
Express Mart is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Member (Customer Service Representative). As a cornerstone of our gas station, you will provide exceptional service to our valued customers and perform various tasks such as merchandising, running the register, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in operating cash registers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures is a plus.
