Role OverviewProvide for the physical and emotional needs of adolescent residents (ages 12-18) in a group home setting.
What You Will Do
Work cooperatively with other staff in planning and supervision of recreational and leisure time activities, enforce policies and rules, and maintain consistency in client services.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have flexibility on weekends and holidays, be able to travel to all three locations, and have demonstrated ability to work appropriately and effectively with the adolescent population.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services/related field from an accredited school
- Minimum age of 21
- Must have & maintain acceptable driving record
- Comfortable working with children ages 12-18
- Must possess excellent organizational and decision-making skills & be flexible and willing to work weekend and/or evening shifts
- Must have demonstrated ability to work appropriately and effectively with the adolescent population
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word required
