Job Description
Landstar is seeking an Owner-Operator Advisor to support their Owner-Operators (Business Capacity Owners or BCOs) in establishing revenue expectations, resolving operational questions and concerns, and conducting post-orientation follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer support, transportation experience, or a combination of both. Leadership experience and Owner Operator support experience are preferred.
