Owner Relations Agent

What You Will Do

Answer incoming owner relations calls, log owner inquiries in a case tracking system, and respond promptly to companies' needs. Ensure responses are accurate, timely, and friendly, and manage difficult or emotional situations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, and 2-5 years of industry-related experience. If you're able to manage multiple tasks and clients, and can professionally interface with clients over the phone or through email, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of industry-related experience and/or training in the field of revenue accounting and/or land, JIB, A/P, regulatory, marketing, or production
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and various oil and gas software programs
• High School degree or equivalent
