Requirements

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for operators and clients
  • Generate, review, and distribute case reports to clients
  • Monitor and manage client email to ensure timely responses
  • Assist in scheduling for live phone support
  • Conduct audits of agent interactions and provide feedback
  • Assist agents in de-escalating difficult situations
  • Lead or support agent training
  • Facilitate ongoing training sessions
