Role Overview

We are seeking an Owner’s Representative Project Manager to work on public-sector projects. The role involves managing all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk, for individual projects. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include project planning, monitoring and applying performance management techniques, managing the change control process, and preparing formal project budget progress and other reports. The role also involves ensuring compliance with quality standards, identifying and ensuring that the appropriate design and construction teams are aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager within the design and construction industry on public-sector projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to be highly effective in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
  • CCM certification and/or PMP or PgMP certification preferred
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations
  • Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and working in a team environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
