Job Description
P+C Generalist/Housing Manager will be responsible for reviewing compliance with training, recruiting and interviewing job applicants, conducting background checks, and administering human resource programs. The role will also manage employee housing, including assignments, maintenance, and inspections.

Requirements

  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
  • Recruits, interviews, and assists the recruiting manager to find qualified job applicants for open positions.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Assists with new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Manages all visa-sponsored employees, including compliance tracking, documentation, renewals, and coordination with immigration counsel and government agencies.
  • Assigns housing units to new residents and manages the occupancy list.
  • Works closely with housekeeping, engineering, and landscaping departments to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the units, public bathrooms, and surrounding grounds.
  • Maintains an inventory of all furnishings and housewares, records losses, and schedules and conducts routine and surprise inspections of all units.
