Job Description
The Personal Care Assistant supports the mission, vision, and values of Golden Valley Health Centers Central Valley PACE Center by performing patient care activities and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff.

Requirements

  • Valid California Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Current BLS CPR Card certified by the American Heart Association
  • Prior personal care assistance experience
  • Ability to pass internal competencies within six (6) months of hire
