Job Description
The Personal Care Assistant supports the mission, vision, and values of Golden Valley Health Centers Central Valley PACE Center by performing patient care activities and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff. This position requires travel throughout all of Stanislaus County.

Requirements

  • Valid California Driver’s License, acceptable driving record and vehicle insurance.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current BLS CPR Card certified by the American Heart Association.
  • Prior personal care assistance experience, or ability to pass internal competencies within six (6) months of hire.
