Job Description
The PACE Primary Care Physician provides direct primary medical care to participants of the PACE program, supervises medical care personnel, and works under the direct supervision of the PACE Medical Director.

Requirements

  • Consistently adheres and/or exceeds GVHC's communication guidelines and expectations
  • Perform comprehensive history and physicals on new referrals
  • Admit participants to the hospital when indicated
  • Manage all care of participants who reside in nursing homes
