Role OverviewThe Liaison Package Handler will help organize and maintain package reception rooms and locker systems at apartment complexes located in Downtown Seattle, WA area. They will establish an on-site presence, maintain package rooms, and provide in-person and written support to on-site residents.
What You Will Do
Log packages, deliver packages, arrange packages, identify and address aging packages, and perform maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software.

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using technology, including digital package management software, Google Suite, Apple Hardware/Software
- Strong organizational and independent problem-solving abilities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods if necessary
- Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned
